Let's Get to Work
Your online resource for job opportunities for University of Notre Dame students.
Did You Know?
Job Scam Emails: If it sounds too good to be true, it is most likely a scam. Student Employment will never email you about a job opportunity. Students have reported receiving emails over the weekend regarding "On-Campus Student Employment Opportunities." Please do not respond to the email! If you did respond, please report it. Learn what to do and what not to do here.
Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification: Human Resources has added a virtual option for completing the Form I-9 process. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to this article.
Office of Student Employment
The Office of Student Employment supports the educational goals of the University of Notre Dame and its students by offering part-time employment opportunities. In addition to earning money, student employees can develop professional skills, gain experience, and build networks that lead to success in both work and life after graduation.
JOBboard
The JOBboard provides academic year employment opportunities as a service to University of Notre Dame students, departments, and affiliated employers. Although it is strongly encouraged, not all on-campus positions are posted on the JOBboard. To identify potential employment opportunities, students may consult their advisor or contact a department directly.
Academic Year
The JOBboard is updated as new positions become available. Please note that jobs are not assigned, and students must contact the employer directly to apply for a position. Note that student positions under the Community Service tab are only available to students who have an offer of Federal Work-Study as part of their Financial Aid Offer. Students can access their Financial Aid Offer through insideND.
Employers - To post an off-campus position, University-affiliated employers (e.g., alumni) may complete the Student JOBboard Posting Submission Form via insideND.
Summer
For summer employment opportunities, please visit Careers.nd.edu on the Human Resources website.
