Let's Get to Work
Your online resource for job opportunities for University of Notre Dame students.
The Office of Student Employment supports the educational goals of Notre Dame and its students by offering part-time on-campus and off-campus employment opportunities. In addition to earning money, student employees may develop professional skills, experience, and networks that lead to success in work and life after graduation.
For academic year employment opportunities, review the positions listed in the JOBboard below. Summer employment opportunities are available via Human Resources. Please note that jobs are not assigned and students must contact an employer directly to apply for a position.
The JOBboard is updated as new positions become available. If you are interested in working for a particular department and do not see a position listed, please feel free to contact that department directly to inquire about possible employment opportunities.
Spring Semester 2021
Due to health and safety concerns, students will not be allowed to work in Federal Work-Study Community Service or Notre Dame Community Off-Campus positions. This includes positions previously posted by Notre Dame faculty, staff and graduate students (e.g., babysitting, nanny positions, and yard work). Therefore, these jobs will not be posted on the JOBboard for the spring semester.

The Student Employment Office does not perform background checks on students applying for jobs, nor on employers posting job opportunities. Employers and students are encouraged to request reference information from each other as needed to establish qualifications, credentials, and overall fit between the employer and the student applicant.
All job listings are posted at the discretion of the Office of Student Employment. We will not post jobs that appear to discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or gender. The Student Employment Office also reserves the right to refuse to post jobs that do not support the interests of the University.
We make no representations or guarantees about positions posted by this office. We are not responsible for safety, wages, working conditions, or any other aspect of off-campus employment. Students are urged to perform due diligence in researching employers when applying for or accepting private, off-campus employment.
We participate in E-Verify - English.
